We are back and we are still recovering from the 20 hours of flight time to get back home, but the trip was well worth it.
We absolutely loved our stay at MalaMala. The game viewing this time was outstanding and many times better than the last time we were there in 2022, and we had a great time in 2022. We saw so many more animals, including wild dogs, lots of leopards and lions and so much more. We can’t say enough good things about MalaMala. As for the camp itself, we really like Sable Camp, the people are tremendous and we’re likely to return with more family members in the new future.
The InterContinental hotel could not be more convenient to OR Tambo International Airport. It is literally just a few steps away from the airport. We were only there overnight, but it was very nice and we’d gladly stay there again.
