This was the trip of a lifetime for our family. Thank you Natalie Russell for putting together this awesome customized vacation. It was perfect because having two children with us, we werent sure if they would like or understand what was happening. But along with the adults they loved it. I know I was bombarding you with emails, yet you answered all of them with detailed responses in a timely manner. I loved that you checked us in for our flights and we got good seats on the planes. When Sophie luggage didnt arrive, you got involved and had it delivered to our hotel. That was not apart of your responsibility since you didnt book our international flight, we did. Thank you for caring.
Lets start with our driver Rene who picked us up at the airport and drove us around in Cape Town. She was awesome, knowledgeable and catered to our needs. When we werent sure where to go on our free day, her suggestions were perfect. When my granddaughter luggage didnt arrive in Cape Town we werent sure if we wanted to leave the hotel that day. She assured us all would be fine and took us to a great mall where we able to buy clothes for her. We loved the Raddison Blue Hotel in Cape Town. The hotel and our rooms were beautiful. We loved the view off our balcony of the Waterfront. The people and service there were awesome. When we couldnt figure out how to work something, they came up immediately to show us. The concierge arranged transportation to and from the Gold restaurant. We enjoyed the driver and felt so safe with him.
When we arrived at Kambaku Safari Lodge we were greeted by the amazing staff there. The lodge was perfect for us because it was family friendly with its kids camp. Not only did the kids like it but mom and dad enjoyed learning things along with the kids. Our guide Guidon ran the kids camp and took us on our safaris. He like everyone else at Kambaku were always so friendly and polite. Our rooms were great, the lodge was pretty and the food was good. We liked the variety of choices of the meals and the tables were always set up beautifully. The kids miss Guidon.
Our day trip to Johannesburg was good to as we did all the things we wanted to do.
Natalie youre the best. We couldnt have asked for anything more as our trip was perfect and succeeded our expectations. Thank you for everything.
