The Trip exceeded our expectations

The trip exceeded our expectations, as did Natalie Russell of The Travel Advisor. She was able to take our thoughts regarding our trip to Africa and what we wanted to do in Africa and developed the perfect itinerary with options for us to consider. She recommended different Camps, hotels and restaurants, all of which were nice and wonderful. She also connected us with numerous guides, who were great, and ensured the tours met our expectations. We visited several countries in Africa and Natalie made sure all the connections seamless by doing things like checking us into our airline reservations ahead of time, thereby minimizing stress. She also provided valuable information on border crossing, Visas, and kept us updated on all of the Covid requirements for the countries, many of which changed frequently. Her attention to detail and all the requirements made our trip easy and stress free so we could thoroughly enjoy our time in Africa.

This trip was planned for 2020 but delayed because of Covid. Natalie revised all of our reservations (e.g., Camps, airlines, hotels, tours, etc.) year after year until we were able to go in 2022, and continued to provide stellar service during this period. She was understanding, responsive to all our needs and even reminded us to extend our travel insurances as needed and other actions to take because our trip was delayed. Additionally, when shark diving was canceled because of weather, she was able to find a replacement activity within an hour.
We only wish Natalie covered more than Africa because we would use her for all of our world travels. We will be using her again in the future.
