Nxamaseri and Amaya were perfect for our group and would highly recommend it for groups that want a more intimate experience. Intercontinental was a good choice as a stop-off before we headed out. We thought Mbana Manor was an excellent hotel. The only thing I think for this one is it would be a perfect couples hotel—limited options for kids. Chobe lodge had everything you needed, and the guides were excellent. It was significantly more crowded and felt more touristy, but the service was excellent.

In Nxamaseri, we mainly saw Hippos and crocodiles. The kids went fishing and caught some tigerfish—also, a lot of birds. Chobe – Tons of elephants, leopards, buffalo, cheetahs, baboons, impalas, Giraffes Amaya – Rhino, wild dogs, more leopards, Giraffes, Hippos
