Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe

The Travel Advisor did an outstanding job planning our three week vacation and safari through South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe.

Natalie Russell was patiently working with us through a number of iterations. Selected lodges and hotels were immaculate. Service in each lodge was second to none. Activity schedules were planned accurately. Guides such as Noel from Paradise Touring, rangers like Keith at Inyati, pilots, specifically Eric from Namib Sky Balloon Safaris and many others of our activities were knowledgeable, extremely friendly and had a high degree of experience. We always felt safe and well taken care of. While our planned schedule was tight, we never felt pressure or stressed by the local tour guides. Natalie’s planning allowed us to maximize our experience, for instance making sure that we get to Inyati in time for the afternoon game drive at the day of arrival.

Natalie was always on top, checking in multiple times and making sure, that we got the best service possible.
